    Business Analyst

    Job Description:

    The primary responsibility of the Business Analyst position is to gather information and analyze the business processes, procedures, and systems of our clients. The Business Analyst communicates best practices and modifications to improve these processes and monitors any changes to make sure they are effective, as well as provides documentation and support to senior consulting team.

     Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

    • Under general supervision, develops requirements through in depth analysis of business activities, industry trends and client requests 
    • Participate in projects of varying levels of complexity and scope 
    • Acts as a liaison between projects teams and consulting unit
    • Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, business units, technical teams and support teams to define concepts and analyze needs and functional requirements 
    • Performs impact analysis of business process enhancements across the organization 
    • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish requests from underlying true needs 
    • Works with practice leaders and engagement leader
    • Understands customer objectives, processes and products in order to make educated recommendations  
    • Supports implementation, and training activities 
    • Extensive travel may be required 


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field is required 
    • Minimum of 5 years prior experience is required 
    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business process improvement required 
    • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of an additional language would be advantageous
    • Possess strong writing skills and documentation acumen 
    • Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into organizational and operational requirements 
    • Lean experience highly preferred 
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite 
    • Highly level of self-motivation and multi-tasking abilities 
    • Exemplify excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with all clients 
    • Ability to work independently in a fast paced, complex environment with aggressive deadlines
